Encrypted, HIPAA Compliant and 21CFR Part 11
Most of Machaon Diagnostics' clients prefer to have PDF results emailed to them where ever they are in the world. We rely on a secure messaging portal, MachaonSecure Messaging Service to send encrypted results.
Files are encrypted, HIPAA-compliant and title 21 CFR part 11-compliant.
Traditional Communications of Results
Fax and Phone
Many clients rely on traditional means of communication for quickly disseminating healthcare information, including phone and fax. Critical results are phoned to clients and require a readback of the results to insure accuracy of the message.
Clients are welcome to request phone calls to report any result.
